You have to bring chipping machine, morning core machine, soft touch sealing machine, napkin core dye, UV treatment unit and with its installation you will get these machines for around 70 lakhs. It should take wood pulp, top layer, back layer, release paper, rubber, packing cover as raw material. It has been said in the report that one month’s raw material will come for around Rs 36 lakhs.
What will be the cost of production?
According to the report, if 300 days of work are done in a year, then 54000 packages will be produced, the cost of which will be as follows. Rs 4.32 lakh in raw material, Rs 84 thousand in salary, Rs 27 thousand in administrative expenses, Rs 8 thousand in depreciation, Rs 800 in insurance, Rs 4 thousand in repair maintenance, Rs 18 thousand in interest on capital, in selling charge Rs 16200, ie the total charge will be Rs 5.90 lakh.
