Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla together with the Minister for Roads and Motorways, Nitin Gadkari gave away National Highways Excellence Awards-2021. The awards were presented to stakeholders and companies involved in highway construction and road maintenance in New Delhi.
Excellence Awards were held in 2018 and awards were presented in 9 categories including Excellence in Project Management, Excellence in Highway Safety, Excellence in Toll Management, Excellence in Operation and Maintenance, Innovation, Green Highways, Outstanding Work in Challenging Condition, Bridge Construction and Tunneling.
