New Delhi. It is said that talent is not captivated by anyone. She makes her own way. One such story is that of Kajal Prakash Rajvaidya, born in the small town of Akola in Maharashtra. Fighting with all the struggles, obstacles and hassles, at the age of only 21 years, that is, in the year 2015, Kajal established the company ‘Kajal Innovation and Technical Solution (Kits, KITS)’. Through innovation, Kajal’s company is now teaching technology like robotics, automation to students in the country’s renowned schools, colleges and institutions.
Kajal says she had no business experience. Father used to run a panthela. The father wanted very much to educate the children, he was a lover of money. But he was insistent on studies, so after teaching at the Zilla Parishad school until the fourth class, he was admitted to the Manutai Girls’ School located four kilometers away. Girls are not charged here. Kajal had to walk every day to get to school. The income was not great, so there came a time when he had to work as a recurring agent for a private bank.

The Doordarshan robot show became the turning point of life.
The turning point in Kajal’s life came when she saw a robot show at Doordarshan. So what was it, Kajal also decided to make a robot. Kajal got admission in electronics at the Polytechnic and began to fulfill the goal of robot. During this time his family got into trouble. His father lost his job. There wasn’t even a way to pay the polytechnic fees. However, the father somehow arranged the loan and enrolled him in engineering school. Kajal then prepared the curriculum for the new technology and went to the universities in Pune and shared it with the students. Here there was failure but he did not give up. After returning to Akola, he somehow started spending his money on odd jobs. Along with this, in the remaining time of the training, etc., he continued to learn robotics through the Internet. After a while, he went to elementary schools and started taking robotics workshops for fifth graders. From here, Kajal began to try his luck in business by starting the Kits company.

Kajal’s company has clients of his company as far as Yemen, Singapore, the United States. Provides training to children in various software-based services including robotics, automation, and biomedical instruments. It also provides electronics service. When the National Robotics Competition was held in Mumbai, no one could believe the success of Kajal’s Innovation and Technical Solutions Kits which students from great English middle schools won. Now these girls, along with Kajal, are preparing to represent India in America. She has received the ITE Best Entrepreneur Award, the US Times Research Award, and the Startup India Agricultural Innovation Award. Her company is one of the largest techno-vocational skills development centers in Maharashtra. Her company has trained one out of every twenty techno-commercial professionals in the country.
