Motorola Moto G42 Release Today: Motorola is set to launch its new Moto G42 smartphone in India today. The launch of the phone will start at 12 noon and some features of the phone have been confirmed before the launch. The Flipkart banner has revealed that the phone will come with a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen and will have Android 12. In addition, the news of having a Dolby Atmos speaker has come to the fore.

It is known that a 6.4-inch OLED screen and a Snapdragon 6 series chip have been used in the phone. It may have a 6.4-inch OLED screen with full-HD+ resolution (2400 x 1080 pixels), which will have an aspect ratio of 20:9. Apart from this, the company has used the Snapdragon 680 processor in the smartphone, which was featured with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The Moto G42 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Please note that this phone will not be equipped with 5G.

It will have triple camera
This smartphone runs on Android 12 OS. As a camera, it will be given a triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle selfie shooter. A 16-megapixel selfie camera is available on the front of the phone. This phone is equipped with features like face unlock and side fingerprint scanner.

A 5,000mAh battery will be provided in the Moto G42, which will come with 20W fast charging support. Talking about other features, it includes two stereo speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an IP52 waterproof design.

How much the phone may cost: This is said to be an entry-level smartphone, which will be priced at around Rs 15,000. This will be a 4G equipped phone.
