Lenovo’s Legion Halo gaming phone comes with 16GB RAM and a powerful processor

New Delhi. Lenovo is working on a new Legion-branded gaming phone codenamed “Halo.” Reports have revealed that it will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series chipset but will have a toned down design compared to the current Legion Y90 gaming smartphone. This device was recently detected on the 3C (via) certification site in China.

The Geekbench listing suggests that the Lenovo Legion Helo will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The listing does not directly mention the name of the SoC, but details about the CPU and GPU confirm that it will get the SD8+G1 chip. Previously, this phone was seen on China’s 3C certification website.

The company will offer four CPU cores
According to the Geekbench listing, the company will offer four CPU cores in this phone. In this one, the main core is clocked at 3.19 GHz and the remaining three are clocked at 2.02 GHz. The CPU provided in the phone works together with the Adreno 730 GPU. This phone scored 1299 in the benchmark test. a single core from Geekbench and 3953 in the multi-core test.

triple camera unit
Previous reports have revealed that the Legion Halo will feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ P-OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It will come with up to 16GB of LPPDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device will pack a camera. 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel (main) + 13-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro/depth) camera) will come with a triple camera unit. The phone will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 68W fast charging support.
