Good news for Gmail users! The app gets the new ‘Storage Used’ tool, this issue will be removed…

Gmail New Tool: Google has introduced a new update to its Gmail app, and the special thing is that the ‘Used storage’ indicator tool has also been incorporated. With this new tool, it will be easier for users to manage their space as you will know how much space your Gmail is taking up. The feature also provides access to Google’s storage management tool, which lets you see how much storage space different Google devices are using. This tool will be especially useful for those who have many emails in a day.

The new ‘Storage Used’ indicator feature is a nice tool and is available for both Android and iOS. If you want to see it, just go to the Gmail Profile section and you can see how much cloud storage space Gmail is using.

Let us tell you that previously this option was available, but the process was a bit long. Previously, to find the Storage Manager tool, you had to go to Google Account Settings and follow a few steps.

Step 1- Open the Gmail app on your smartphone and tap on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2- You will now see that there is a cloud icon, which will give you the details of how much storage space your Gmail app is using.

Step 3-You can touch the cloud icon to get more information about how much space all Google services have consumed in the storage space.

Step 4- Users can tap the ‘Clear Space’ button to access the Storage Manager tool.

Step 5- Here, you’ll see a ‘Large Item’ experience where you can view and delete large files in one go to free up a large amount of storage space.
