- Violation of these rules may result in the banning of your Gmail account.
Gmail is the most used email service in the world. Millions of people use this email service every day around the world. Gmail has set some rules for using it, which every user must follow. If you don’t follow these rules, Gmail may take action against you and may even ban your account.
Let us tell you that there are three simple rules in Gmail, if you don’t follow them, your account will be banned forever. So the next time you log into Gmail, keep these three simple rules in mind. Currently Google has made many changes to this email service. Users now get the ability to undo mail after sending. In addition, changes have been made to its interface. So, let us tell you what are the three simple rules of Gmail, violating which your account can be closed forever.
Do not send emails constantly
We think we can send countless emails in a day with Gmail, but that’s not the case at all. Actually, Google has set a limit to send emails from Gmail and if someone crosses that limit, their Gmail account may get banned. You can’t send more than 500 emails in a day from your Gmail.
Apart from this, if Google thinks that you are trying to send spam messages, your account may also be banned. However, after doing this, you will be blocked from 1 to 24 hours, that is, you will be able to send the next email through Gmail only after 24 hours, but if you find yourself doing this continuously, then your Gmail will be forever. There may be a ban.

Don’t use the wrong email address over and over again
Even if you send bulk messages to an inactive email address, Google can still red flag your account. By doing this, Google’s algorithm will consider you a spammer and temporarily disable or ban your Gmail account. It is worth noting that if you send an email to an inactive or incorrect email address, the email sent by you is returned to you. So keep in mind don’t send emails to the inactive address again and again.
If you receive a large number of bounced emails, Google considers you a spammer. In such a situation, before sending the email, you must check all email addresses correctly and check the spelling, etc., so that the email cannot be returned after sending.

Sending illegal material by email
If you send someone a link, video, photo, or document that’s illegal or violates Gmail’s policy, your account may still be locked. Therefore, please avoid emailing information to illegal material such as gun sales, drug dealing, copyrighted music videos and movie information, etc. If you do this, Google will give you a ‘You have reached a limit for sending mail’ error message. Google claims that it doesn’t read any user’s email, but the company’s AI detection feature identifies suspicious content sent via email.
